A hidden gem in one of the most centric and vibrant locations of the city. I could say I love everything about it. The convinient location – you can even walk to West Lake or Lotte Centre! The pure Japanese vibe in its design and decoration. The spacy room and modern facilities. The American breakfast with Jazz music in the morning. But most importantly, it is about the people working here. All staffs are very welcoming, attentive and helpful, especially the hotel manager. He was very patient and knowlegable to solve any problems I have, even they are not relevant to the hotel services. He even went further to plan the days and show me arround, which make everything a lot easier for me. Definitely would come back to this lovely hotel and these people again.
